Fudgesicles

A dairy-free, protein-packed, blood sugar-balancing dessert.

Makes: 6 popsicles

Ingredients

  • 1 can full-fat coconut milk

  • 6 scoops chocolate paleo protein powder (THIS is my favorite)

  • 2 Tbsp cacao powder (optional but this makes them extra rich)

  • Materials: Popsicle molds

Instructions

  1. Combine coconut milk, protein powder and cacao powder in a blender. Blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into popsicle molds.

  3. If molds aren’t full, top with extra non-dairy milk of your choice.

  4. Pop in the sticks and freeze. Allow to set for at least two hours.
