Fudgesicles
A dairy-free, protein-packed, blood sugar-balancing dessert.
Makes: 6 popsicles
Ingredients
1 can full-fat coconut milk
6 scoops chocolate paleo protein powder (THIS is my favorite)
2 Tbsp cacao powder (optional but this makes them extra rich)
Materials: Popsicle molds
Instructions
Combine coconut milk, protein powder and cacao powder in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour into popsicle molds.
If molds aren’t full, top with extra non-dairy milk of your choice.
Pop in the sticks and freeze. Allow to set for at least two hours.
